I truly agree with this saying. It so straight-forward and uplifting in its literal sense itself. For the kids, who are full of energy and being a parent you wish to channelise their asset , their seemingly boundless energy; maybe, depending upon their interest of course, can choose dance as an after-school-activity.

Maybe he/she is waiting to be an amazing dancer only..!!

Dance classes are emerging as a great alternative to sports and games these days. While dance definitely enables its lovers to see a significant improvement in their overall physical health, which include flexibility, range of motion, even stamina and physical strength; it also makes one more focused and self-confident.
