“Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits..!!”

Doesn’t this quote seems so much fascinating and can you think the best skill to try it out..??

I guess, by being a karate kid, one can actually challenge the best out of them… A well known player said that karate seems to build character, improve human behaviour and cultivates modesty.

So today, i aim to bring its major pros out in front of you; making it a suggestion for you guys to consider.!!

So talking about karate, if a kid starts getting involved in this skill development then its aim can be accomplished. And this could be one of the best parenting tip to your child.

With a bloodcurdling cry, your 6-year-old child can leap into the air with a karate kick, raising your head and blood pressure simultaneously. Before he panics or creates a mess, try channelling his urge into a martial arts class.

Some parents may think they also promote violence, but that’s a myth, according to experts. Karate actually helps teach self-discipline and socialisation skills, making a child more focused and fit. Also Martial Arts (overall term for karate) includes ,many Activities like tae kwon do, kung fu and aikido which should actually be seen as a fun way for both boys and girls to achieve fitness, self-control and maximum concentration.

All such benefits only we have been talking about in many past articles and these are what we want for our kids too. And Karate can be one of the best ways making your child visibly strong and confident.

So talking about a karate class’s normal routine; it is a typical one-hour-long class that starts and ends with a bow to the master, making him learn the importance of respect. After a warm-up, students practice the art’s basic skills, which may include kicks, punches and blocks. Progress in this is often marked by the belt system, which takes the beginner from a white belt through a variety of colours until black. Testing for each new level, generally every three months, is a good exercise in setting and achieving goals. This makes kids more focused to setup goals according to themselves and then achieve gradually.

“But, experts say, it’s the respect kids learn, whether from bowing or standing still and waiting for the next command, that can be the most important benefit: It often carries over into school, helping to improve behaviour and even grades, according to recent research.”

There are many styles of Martial Arts available to master out there. Check out each of them to know your interest and the best suited for you.

Always remember that whatever you opt along with your school, it should be of your interest, fuelled with your passion. Then only you will enjoy doing it each and every minute and would feel stress free, infact the happiest.

“Success is the sum of all small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” And this implies to every work you do. Hope this turns out to be helpful.!!
